First, the plus points. It's in Wheeling, which is a nice town.
Now the minus points.
I walked in without checking TUSCL (big mistake). It's a long, skinny place with the bar up front and a stage/seating area up a few stairs in back. You can't see the stage from the bar, which is a good thing.
So I order a beer. It takes the bartender five minutes to get it even though there's only three customers in the place. I can hear music from the back, sounds like it's coming from a $20 stereo system but I figure that means there may be someone back there.
Then one of the dancers comes out. About 30 pounds over chunky, tats galore, walks over to me and the other three customers to get $$ for the jukebox. She heads back, loads the jukebox (I guess) and comes back to the bar and starts drinking. I figure there may be another dancer on stage but, just in case, ask the barkeep where the mens room is. He says it's in the back, past the stage, so I figure I'll saunter back there and see if there actually is another dancer.
