I haven't been clubbing in a while, so my dancer rating might be higher than it would have been a while ago, but I certainly enjoyed myself this Thursday night/Friday morning before Memorial Day weekend... I was out in Vegas on business and my coworkers heard that Crazy Horse II was reopening that very night. We were redirected to CH III upon hearing that others in the car ahead of us couldn't even get into the CH II parking lot.
I don't remember paying a cover charge, but that might have been waived, since our CEO ponied up for bottle service, which immediately got us a nice comfy table in a fairly crowded club -- and it also immediately got us two dancers per guy even before the drinks arrived. Attractive, fairly aggressive dancers at this club, always trying to work you into VIP. After $20 table dances with several dancers, I let one give me a tour of the VIP room, where $100 gets you 3 dances, $300 gets you 1/2 hour, and $500 gets you 1 hour, each in successively smaller, more private areas. I passed on my cute tour guide, but ended up being offered 4/$100, paid the dancer cash up front, and then also paid for two drinks, to the tune of $25 each, rather than the $16 I was paying out on the floor. Well, they gotta keep the lights on somehow.
Fine dances in VIP, with more contact than during the $20 lappers out in the club. Not sure what more would have been possible with higher VIP amounts, but my impression was that was more limited by the dancer than by the VIP spend.
