I was driving cross country and decided to make a tour of clubs in Toledo one late afternoon. In all I visited Kisses, Pure, Scarletts, and The Palms.

Kisses was the first stop of the trip. When I walked in I was greeted with an inattentive bouncer who could care less that I was there. No biggie. On the inside, the club is a decent size, appears to be very clean, and is relatively well lit. Beers were on happy hour two for $5, I think. Not a bad deal. I was driving and was planning on making a couple of stops so I just took one beer and didn't finish it. I saw four girls there. None I would rate above a 4 or 5 but one, and she was a 6. It was afternoon shift so I wasn't expecting stunners, but it was pretty bad. The girl on stage when I walked in was pushing 180 pounds. She didn't get naked and I was glad. At the bar I found the most attractive person in the club - the bartender - and she was about a 7. One girl came up to me after about 15 minutes. I kid you not, she was completely cross-eyed. A nice enough girl, but hardly the kind you envision working in a strip club. The scary thing is she was the most attractive stripper out at that time. I got one dance from her (she had a decent body, but not great), realized that it was doing nothing for me, and went back to the bar. After a few minutes of realizing there was little potential there, I was going to leave.

As I was leaving a short skinny early 30's brunette came up to me who wasn't horrible. She was a low 7. I agreed to a dance with her. Once in the lap dance area, she mostly just wanted to talk, however. I asked about VIP and she said she had never been in the VIP. I got the impression that not much else was available. I left the blub in search of another location.
