I'm not sure when it happened, the but club seems to have new ownership. It no longer appears to be affiliated with Shimmers but with Assets, a new club in SE Portland. Most of the dancers seem to move back and forth.

I visited in the afternoon. The club was quite dark. Really dark. Too dark for me. But once my eyes adjusted, it was okay. Not great, but okay. If I'm there to look at the pretty naked women, I'd really like to see them clearly.

Three dancers were on duty: two white and one black. All were fit. I had seen one before at Assets and wanted to see her again. Three song sets. Bartender did manually cut off a number of songs and they seemed to be more of the three minute variety after being cut off.
