This club is **COMFORTABLE**. It is more like a neighborhood tavern, where friends meet. The music is not super loud, so people can talk. The bar keep was pretty, nice and conversant. I was only driving through Rock Springs on my way to Boise, ID, so I could not stay very long. I had scouted out the Wyoming with TUSCL, so I knew to pull off the highway in Rock Springs for a break.

The economy being what it is, the Bare Back can't afford to keep dancers on the stage at all times, when the customers are all at work. (Same thing for the Astro Lounge down the street.) So, dancing starts about 7pm (give or take, depending on the dancers' arrivals). But that is AOK, since the place was a comfortable watering hole, too.

Most unfortunately, I had to get back on the road, so I did not catch any dances. So, take my dancer rating with a large dose of salts. Despite that, this was a very nice break from the road.
