I went to the World Famous Astro Lounge on a Saturday night about 20:00. The "world famous" in the name is deceiving because it is a dive bar that has seen better days. There was no cover charge. The bar is along the right wall. The private dance rooms are on the left wall. Each booth has a curtain across its doorway for privacy. Further down the left side is a single pool table and the washrooms. There is a two-pole stage coming off of the back wall. The main stage is about shoulder level when sitting at the stage. A Sincweiser was $4. A Jameson cocktail was $7. The bartender played the music off of a laptop. Smoking is permitted inside.

The Astro Lounge deader than a week-old corpse during primetime on Saturday night. There was only one dancer, a 5.5, and the bartender working the club. The dancer’s name was Valentina. She was 28 years old, from Puerto Rico, and spoke passable English. She had D cup tits and a 40-inch ass. She was too thick for my taste. When I left the club about 21:00, I saw another dancer, a 4 or 5, in the parking lot showing up for work. She was older, wore glasses, and stank of marijuana.

Lap dances were quoted at $40 for one song and $100 for the three songs. I probably could have negotiated a better deal, but there were no entertainers worth getting a lap dance with. I think this place will price itself out of business asking $40 per song when it is a dive with lower quality dancers. Inside the washroom is a condom dispenser where one could get free condoms. I wonder if that was a subtle hint that extras were available.
