Probably the best club in the area

I had been to this place before and had an ok time so decided to try it out again in 2018. I arrived earlier than last time (around 9 pm) as Astro Lounge has limited seating. The place is pretty small with a bar area meeting 10-15 and one stage with seating around on three sides. There are a few other small tables but by midnight you are definitely in standing room only. The girls here are an average mix of relaxed girls who are happy to have a drink with you and talk, to a few hustlers who go from guy to guy as quickly as possible trying to sell lap dances. Pretty easy to figure out who is who but I didn't feel pressured by any. The lap dances are $20 but the dancer may offer you a better time for $40. I only had a few but there was little to no difference in the $20 and $40 dances for me. I'll admit that I was pretty drunk by the end of the night and accidentally paid too much for one of the lap dances. The dancer pointed that out...which was kind of nice to see honesty like that (I let her keep the extra as a tip for being honest). I spend most of the night talking with a couple dancers and the bouncer. Good company and a fun time.
