Stopped by on a Monday a...

Stopped by on a Monday a couple weeks ago. Got there a few minutes before 5:00, and needed to wait until they opened. There is a locked gate that you need to be buzzed through, followed by a ramp into the club. As I got into the club I was impressed by how clean it is. Bar and stage to the left ... pool tables and an area for dancing in an adjoining room to the right. Nothing fancy, but a clean inviting feeling. As I came through the door, they immediately put a dancer on stage. This might seem like a small thing, but in the Reno clubs they only seem to dance when they feel like it, and that's only when there are enough customers in the club to justify it. I was there for about 3 hours, and dont remember a time someone wasn't on stage. There were 4 dancers working that night ...a 7, couple 8s, and a 9. Not sure why, but after sitting at the tip rail through all 4, I joined the 7 at the bar. Actually, i do know why ... she had a great smile, and actually seemed to mean it. I spent the entire 3 hours talking to her, with the others joining in from time to time. I ended up getting 8 or 10 dances, and not once was I asked for one... every one was my idea. They were also the best totally legal dances I can remember getting. The dancers actually seem to take pride in that. At one point, I was told ... that's what next door is for. If anyone is interested, we are happy to introduce them to a couple of girls.

A couple of side notes ... it was happy hour, and beer was only 2 bucks, with 2 for 1 dances until 7. On Mondays and Thursdays they host a pool tournament, with a number of patrons there for that. At least during the week, this is definitely a locals hangout, and not for the dancing ... more for the bar. Most of the time I was there, there were 10 to 15 patrons, and I was the only "customer", which made it all the more impressive that there was always someone on stage. I was also told that the girls (there are only 6 or 7 total) work assigned schedules, so there is no wondering who, if any, will show up.

All in all ... no extras, but very enjoyable. I will definitely be making the 30 min drive from Reno when I'm in the area.
