Was in town so went back to a usual choice for SF. They have made big changes since my last visit. They have taken over the building next door and expanded the lap rooms so there are new and clean places now. The dancers are paid differently in each room so you should figure out what you want first before being led to a room. CH has always had a wide gamut of girls from 10s to 4-5s. Timing is important and I think there are less people during shift changes. But going in around 9-10 on a Friday/Saturday is always a good choice. If you haven't gone in a long while, its worth dropping by again to see the new construction and changes. LDs and PSs are still just like they always were, perhaps a notch less wild than a few years back. But its still likely the best place in SF.
