The Flamingo Lounge is on the famous "Block" in Baltimore. Just like the rest, it is entirely hit or miss. During the day, two sisters dance and seem to be pretty cool. All nude show that lacks some enthusiasm. After you buy the girl a drink, they will do the "are you a cop" routine and then talk business. You can pretty much negotiate anything you want, but it is expensive at the club ($$$). You would be better off finding an outcall service. If you are a nice guy with a room close by, you can get a little outside attention with the right girl for a better rate. Nice place to lounge and talk to the girls, but would not drop much cash on them.
