I was in town and supposed...

I was in town and supposed to meet a friend in Ft.Wayne on a Friday night. He called and said that he had car trouble and would be an hour late. So having an hour to kill I knew that there was a club close to where we were supposed to meet. I was unsure what to expect but the club seemed clean and comfortable. I was surprised by how few people were there. It was not busy at all for a Friday night - especially at 11:00. Its not like clubs in most big cities as not as fancy but the prices reflect that as well. Beer seemed very reasonable. Waitresses, dancers and bouncer/manager were all very friendly. The dancers covered a wide range from a 3 to an 8/9. However, there was one who not only was in the seven range but was very skilled on the pole. She could have been a gymnast the way she worked the pole. I watched her pull herself from the top of the pole into what I can only describe as a set of rafters that go over the main stage. After she finished her set she came by. She was very friendly and sat and talked for awhile. She asked if I wanted a private dance so how could I refuse? The private area should be called the semi private area as it is a set of shared couches behind a half wall. As luck would have it this must have been why the main section was so empty as this area was extremely crowded. Anyway she gave a nice three set of dances. There were no "extras" as would be expected in such a less than "private" area.

I killed my hour, my buddy arrived and we headed out. Three dances, two beers, around $50 not too bad of a way to make use of an hour. I will probably stop back in the next time that I am heading through town.
