I decided to check out Wild...

I decided to check out Wild Orchid since I had never been there before previously. This was on a recent Friday night around 9:30. The parking lot was pretty full, so I'm thinking in my head that this must be a good sign. I walk in, and there's no cover. I was pretty impressed with the looks of the place although it was small. It was a party atmosphere. There was 2 stages and around 20 girls. Most of the dancers were white, but 5 or 6 of the dancers were black. This club specializes in the big booty girls, I definitely saw a lot of big booties. The stageshows were average by PDX standards, one of the girls did grind on my lap. The drink prices were average. 5 bucks for a beer, 5 bucks for a cranberry vodka. Nude dances were 20 bucks. The private dance area was anything but private, it had curtains but it was see through, so anybody could see the girls giving dances. On this trip I only saw one girl that I wanted to get a dance from, it was a big booty white girl, unfortunately her shift was over after I tipped her on stage, so I didn't get to get a dance from her.

Overall, Wild Orchid has potential to be a good strip club in Portland. It needs to focus on getting better looking dancers and making the lapdances more private.
