This is a great place. It's the first stop in North Beach for my wife and me. It's a classic couple-friendly place, much like the Gold Club in downtown SF: clean, consistent, low-pressure, no extras. And hot friendly dances, naturally. The music is loud and bland, just like a club, I guess. I would prefer more variety (there's lots of interesting sexy music on the radio that would you'd never hear in the club) and lower volume to make conversation easier. But I was pleased to see that the dancers seemed to be into their songs.

The staff was great: they stayed out of our way, but were helpful with information about parking, making change, and so on. As a bar it works great, but as a restaurant, its menu is limited; we've had burgers and fries, which were fine. The cover was $5, and the drinks were what I expect in SF.

The dancers were friendly, approachable but not pushy. They were all delicious, although not all looked like models. This time, I got three dances from one dancer (tall, white, graceful, small breasts) and two from another (sweet, black, a bit chubby). All wonderful. I stroked their hair and hugged them pretty tight and it was cool. We like the afternoon because it's more relaxed than nighttime, but still with enough dancers around that we can find some we like. One dancer told me that the dancers tend to get more nasty and competitive with each other at night, when the club is full. We haven't noticed that, we've just gravitated to the afternoons. We've met some delightfully smart and geeky dancers here, and sometimes had long discussions about writing or homeopathy or whatever.
