If you arrive by car (or I suppose walk) there was no cover (weeknight). The place has video poker at the bar and actually bought my first drink for a $20 in the machine. The girls seemed totally ok with hands on for table dances. The best thing this place has gong for it is that it is on the strip and would be a reasonable walk from Wynn, Circus, or Riviera. If cabbing, have them drop you off a block away, to avoid the "cabbie tax". The surrouding neighborhood in dicey but not abhorent.
