My girlfriend and I went to Pattaya specifically to view the nightlife (without participation). We were pointed in the direction of Angelwitch as having the most interesting show.

We weren't disappointed--there wasn't any overt sex, nor a standard pole dance. Instead, there were a series of dance routines over an hour that varied from a sexy version of a traditional Thai dance to a erotically charged strip tease in which the dancer removed bits of tape while gyrating on the stage.

The club is located down an alley from the infamous Walking Street. We arrived a bit before opening, and had to come back. Once inside, we discovered that they had "stadium" seating, so we chose seats next to aisle in the second of four rows. The seating encircles the oval stage, so every seat has a good view, and dancers play to the entire audience.
