Pretty average for Pattaya... there are better places to spend your time.
There are a few clubs in Pattaya run by the same people, or it sure seems like it based on the layout, girls outfits, and how things are run... maybe I'm wrong, but this place is a slightly less nasty version of Sugarbaby agogo down Soi Diamond... unless I'm getting them mixed up. This place is right on Walking Street. Same prices for draft beer as virtually every other club on walking street... 90 baht if I remember correctly. I went into this club on a couple of different occasions, and the quality seemed to vary greatly. Not sure if that was due to the night of the week, or the time of night, or just luck of the draw. There was the occasional stunner, but seemed like mostly just average looking girls.
There is seating on both sides as you enter, and 2 levels of bench seats with the little shelf to put your drinks. There are always lots of girls dancing, some with tops undone, some with tops completely removed, and some shy ones who choose to keep it buttoned up. There is also a smaller stage where a couple of completely nude girls sit around and put on a show if someone tips them, or buys them drinks... otherwise they're pretty bored.
Like any other club in the city, if you smile and motion for a girl to come over you have the privilege of their company until they finish their drink (150 baht) or you buy them another. I don't know how much the Bar Fine is, but would guess pretty standard... I've not done takeout.
In my opinion, there are better options in Pattaya to spend an evening in Pattaya... there are places with more attractive, and entertaining girls, but who knows you might hit it on the right evening and have a great time.
