I would say its OKAY

Finally check out Heaven Above near soi boomerang. I first came at around 5pm, but was told the female dancers doesn't start until later. The club setup seem like a small/medium size with stripper pole all around the couches. Once i came back later around 7pm with dancers starting, it got really crowded! I tried their margarita drinks but it was average at best. Decide to just back and relax with beers after. The dancer were 4-7, but at least they are topless and showing good vibes. Also, their are promo girls who dress in school girl outfit that just sitting around with customer drinking. The promo girls seem slightly better at 5-7, but not by much compare to the topless dancers. I heard their are short time room upstairs, but i didn't partake as i couldn't find anyone suitable to my taste. WIR - maybe if i am around the area as their are just too many options in pattaya.
