Although I've now reviewed Pandora's three times, it's not the club I go to most. I made some interesting observations there on my recent visit, Saturday night July 14th, between 8:35 p.m. and 12:15 a.m. So I thought I'd use that opportunity to inform local customers of my findings. The club still appears to have the least business of the three strip clubs on Lake City Way/Bothell Way, that are all within three miles of each other. I only went there upon the request of a dancer I've known for six years and who started at this club that night, after having danced at three other clubs in the region in her career.
When I arrived at 8:35 p.m. I was the only customer in the club. I really don't like being the only customer in a strip club. Five dancers were on shift at the moment. Both numbers grew throughout the evening. Even while things were slow, the disc jockey kept the stage running constantly. That means that each girl in the club was up on stage about every twenty minutes in my first hour or so. I thought surely in that situation he'd play some break songs, but no, he kept the stage busy the entire night. Later on, the second stage was opened. By 9:30 there were five customers. By 11:30 I counted 22 customers and asked the d.j. what the dancer count was by that hour. He told me 15. With that many dancers and customers, the club had a lively, enjoyable vibe.
Among the customers in attendance, I noticed two sets of couples. The dancers responded to both couples and both couples got dances. That was nice to see.
