Visited the Cadillac a few Saturdays...

Visited the Cadillac a few Saturdays ago. I saw lots of attractive dancers (at least I assume they were dancers--normal people don't dress that way in public!) but not one of them appeared on stage during the 90 minutes I was there. Nor did any of them approach me in any way, despite my having taken a seat right in the front. They all seemed to have latched on to particular other guys, who I assume were "regulars." It was very disappointing, but also a bit puzzling, since I never saw any of the guys led off to a private dance or anything--how are these dancers making money?
