I haven't been here in a few years, not since it was still Dreamgirls. The last time I was in I got a 2 for 1 dance and the girl didn't even dance she just sat and talked about how tired she was the whole time. Then when I was leaving a fight broke out in the lobby. I kept my distance from this club since then but after seeing that it was under new managment again and I decided I see if anything had changed. The cover was $12, kinda high but I wasn't going to complain. I ordered a drink, a $9 Long Island. Most clubs and bars in Columbus offer specials on Long Island over the weekends so I was a little shocked at the price. Even more shocked at the size because it was half as big as what I would get anywhere else. I went and grabbed a seat watched the rotation for awhile, not that that great. None of the girls were ugly there, there just weren't any that really caught my attention. The best looking women in there were the bartenders and waitresses. They all wore these tight, tiny black dresses that got shorter in the back so there asses were hanging out. The hottest one was working behind the bar. Short brunette, pretty face, nice thin figure and giant real breasts. When I came here years ago I remember most of the waitresses and bartenders would also do dances. The way these women were dressed it seemed like they probably did too. I tried to strike up conversation with the bartender but she didn't seem to be in the mood for talking so I never even got the chance to ask if she did dances. That and she screwed up my drink order too. I don't complain much when I'm in the club because I don't want to piss people off but I do remember things like that. I took the drink anyway since she already poured it and I didn't want to waste it but I thought I might get it for free since it wasn't what I ordered, I was wrong.

I sat for a few more minutes then I noticed a guy walking around with a flashlight inspecting the stage. He turns around and he's wearing a badge. I look over my shoulder and there are more out of uniform officers with their badges around there necks examining the bar. More and more police started coming out of the woodwork and it gave me a chill. I asked a waitress what was going on and she said they were being raided. As soon as I could get the bartender's attention I asked for my tab and got ready to leave. As I was about to get up it was 2 for 1 time and a girl asked if I wanted a dance. She was cute but I already had my mind made up that I was leaving. She didn't give up right away but she saw that I wasn't interested so then she threw in a couple jokes. "Are you sure you don't want to pay for an overpriced dance?" We both laughed then she said, "I know it's $40 dollars but you get this cool tshirt too!" Like I said, she was cute and her sense of humor gained her some points too. If she had caught me earlier in the night I probably would have taken the dance but after the poor and expensive service at the bar, high cover charge and the police raid I decided it was time for me to leave. Probably won't be going back here again.
