Went on a Thursday night around...

Went on a Thursday night around 9 PM. Cover was $20. I said wow when told the cover was $20, and the doorman said you are lucky it goes up to $30 after 10 pm! I bit the bullet and paid since there was nothing else to do at the time. No sooner did I walk through the door, I was accosted by a dancer asking if I wanted a private dance. No kidding. Had not even had a chance to take a seat. I politely said no thanks maybe later. I thought to myself, ok that's just an extra aggressive dancer, they can't all be like that. Wrong! I walked a few more steps... up comes another and says something like "hey baby, you want to have some fun?" or something like that. I said maybe later, I just got here. I finally could find a seat uninterrupted. But on the way I walked by a few dancers that were sitting down and I didn't really look at them and they yell "hey are you ignoring us?" as I walked by. I'm like WTF? I sit down and about 2 minutes later, before I could even order a drink, two dancers come up to me, one sits next to me while the other sits on my lap. Neither were that good looking... I'd say maybe an 6-7. Of course they start with the "hey cutie, you wanna be naughty with us?" etc. Then they started to reel off what all the various kinds of dances cost...don't remember all the prices.. just remember they were all ridculoiusly over-priced. (this is Vegas after all lol) All I really wanted to do was come into the club, relax, have a few drinks and maybe tip a few dancers on the stage if they were my type. But I could tell that was not happening here. Very high pressure, very intrusive. They were not even that interesting to talk to. One of them said to me that earlier in the night she had one customer actually RUN out of the club after she talked to him. I felt like saying.. I wonder why??! lol I'm too nice of a guy, and I didn't tell them to get lost and leave me alone, but I felt like it. I think the problem was the club was pretty empty, so they were kinda desperate. But the hard sell really turns me off. And the bad thing was, there a couple of dancers on the stage that were really nice that I would have loved to tip, but couldn't with these two draped all over me. This lasted for a while until as luck would have it, it was the one dancer's turn on the stage and the other dancer's turn was next. So while the one was dancing, the other had to go get ready. This of course left me alone for a few minutes so I decided to leave before then other came back, which she promised she would. All in all a very disappointing night, incredibly high pressure place. Anyway, I have never been there before, so maybe this was highly unusual, but I tend to think this is the norm. Wish I could report on what some of the other dancers looked like, but it was hard to pay attention with these two desperadoes all in your face.
