Rockford's blue laws seem set in stone. Girls must have bikinis or lingerie, no touching, for godssake no nudity of any kind. If it wasn't for the ten dollar beers you'd think you were at the YWCA. I was making the rounds and hitting one tedious bikini bar after another with I stopped at the Body Shop on my way out of town.
