It isn't to bad now that try have remodeled. Not to many white girls dancing mainly minorities but not bad. It's hit or miss with the dancers as to personality and dancing ability. Any one with an ok body and the willingness to dance will get hired regardless of ability. There are some surprise dancers that are amazing though. Be selective don't just take the first approach. Take your time and wait for the girl you want. You might have to wait a while because there are so many soldiers there and not so many dancers. The bouncers are very chill as long as you're spending money though so act like a VIP and you'll get that treatment
