Nude girls, cold beer ... Not much else

I had some work down at Fort Stewart recently and was staying at a hotel near this club. Now, I have driven by this particular establishment about 1,000 times over the years in a past life, but I had never actually visited. Given the lack of any reviews in recent years, I truly entered with absolutely no clue what to expect.

The club itself is small. There’s a long L-shaped bar in front of you as you enter and a decent sized stage to the right with a single pole. Small private dance rooms — featuring very transparent curtains — line the right side of the club. There’s also an upstairs area. I didn’t venture up the stairs, but it appeared there were several tables and some pool tables up there. Some patrons stood on the railings above the stage to watch the girls perform and send down a few dollar bills.

I entered a little after 10 p.m., on a recent Thursday, paid a $10 cover and found the club mostly empty. It would fill out with more and more patrons throughout the night — primarily a small group of women who were having the time of their lives and a couple groups of Joes from Fort Stewart. Not a lot of other PLs hanging out by themselves.
