This place is always going to...

This place is always going to spur debate because on one hand, it's the oldest and most historic club in Portland and on the other, it's tiny, dark, and divey. The latter is why I like it and why pretty-boy white collar stiffs hate it. They have decent craft beers on tap (ninkasi, etc) and the usual cheap suspects (pbr, etc) for $3-4, which is not excessive. There is usually no cover ($2 on fri/sat nights). On weekdays, during the day, there are usually only 2 dancers rotating, and at night the most I've seen at one time is 4, but again it's a small club with one small stage and one private dancing "room". Currently, at least 5 of the 10 dancers they currently employ are knockout gorgeous and talented at both dancing and lapdancing (Mandy, Stevie, Scarlet, Ava, and Vieve). The others range from above-average to haggard, but to each their own. Isn't that the point? The lapdances are $20/song and I've never had fewer than two because they've all been hot. The staff is nice. It's kitchy and inviting. I love it. Convenient to the max lines, too!!
