This review encompasses multiple visits over the last few years. I've been to the Ritz on fri/sat for bachelor parties as well as random week nights including monday(half price nights).

The club itself is ok. It's a double row house converted into a club. So it's rather narrow. First floor contains a decent bar and a stage with 2 poles. The poles go up to the 2nd floor so theore talented girls can climb and do all sorts of tricks. There is limited stage seating and some plush couches across the isle for additional seating. There are 2 stand alone poles on the first floor for up close dances. Usually a $20 tip. Bathroom has an attendant. Upstairs is the "VIP" area. $10 additional for entry. It features a view of the stage from above, good of you like to "make it rain". There is an additional bar and more up close small stages in the back, great for bachelor parties.

Couch dances also take place on this level. It's a partitioned couch, no privacy here. Usually $30 per dance I believe. There is also a more private 15 min room for $150 or a full 30 min champagne room for $300.
