This is the best description of an "okay, meh" strip club. As a local, I've been here many times over the years, and I always leave unimpressed (but a few twenties lighter). Club is okay, staff seems cool. Dancing talent can vary greatly and all ethnicities are represented (also has more latinas than I've seen at any other club in the area). Privates are done in an open room that is just off the main floor (but still in sight of all). Prices here are cheap (10-20 depending on night). You can go into a side room that has a somewhat see-through curtain for a little more (about 15-20). Nothing above and beyond happens here - its the exact same experience (supposedly there are cameras in the ceiling to ward off above and beyond.) You are only paying to not be surrounded by other patrons. If anything, it seems like some dancers use these side rooms to scale it back and take a break (at your expense). The best feature of Tuxs is its hours - its the only place open in the late afternoon. If I have to get a strip club fix between work and home, this is the place.
