Passing through Rockford on I-90 on...

Passing through Rockford on I-90 on a snowy night, I decided to stop in the Tiger Tail, which is not far off the tollway. It was pretty dead, probably at least in part due to the weather. There were about five girls working, and maybe a dozen customers.

I sat at the bar and got a beer, and the girl who had just been on stage was now working her way around from the stage, dancing on the bar top for customers to tip her as is the custom in this place. She was a young, thin, cute brunette with long-ish hair - not a beauty, but cute. I tipped her as she moved through, and afterward came and sat next to me. We talked for a few minutes and she asked me if I wanted a dance. I told her I had just gotten there and was going to chill for a bit. Next up was a cute blond with a nice body but enhanced, which I'm not too fond of. We made eye contact while she was dancing on stage, and then she made her rounds on the bar top. It had been several months since my last visit - we'd talked before, about her cat, her ex-boyfriend who she just broke up with, and a few other things. She stopped and we chatted for a few minutes when she came to me in her trip around the bar. Afterward she came an sat next to me and we talked some more, and after a while we went back for a dance in the VIP area. $10 to get in and $20 per dance. Although we had talked in the past, this was the first time I'd ever gotten a dance from her before - in my previous visits I favored a tight little brunette who wasn't there tonight. So we did a few songs and she was pretty physical and sensual. Although she's not totally my type, it was enjoyable - will probably do it again with her some time.

I don't get here often, but I've been probably a 8-10 times over the past 3 years. Overall I give this club average marks. The girls are generally pretty nice and not too pushy, and most are 6-8's with an occasional 9 but also an occasional 5. The layout is comfortable and the place is clean, and most of the girls are pretty acrobatic on the poles on stage behind the bar. The mood there is hit or miss though - I've been there some nights when the atmosphere is fun and the mood pulls you in, and other nights when it's just missing something and the girls seem like they'd prefer to be somewhere else. They do have Guinness (can, not on tap), so even on an off night I can enjoy one beer before leaving.
