Ironically located to the north of the very gay Dupont Circle District, Royal Palace is a convenient diversion from this district. The dancers are average to 8+ and the waitress doesn't really hassle you for drinks. When I went, it was slow, but a couple of hot dancers came from the long staircase located to the right of the bar. There are two stages-main and side, so you should be able to catch some action from wherever you sit. Disappointing for a DC strip club, but as I said, something to do if you find yourself in the Dupont Circle area on Connecticut, but if it were me, I'd probably just head on over to Adams Morgan! lol
