This has recently been one of my favorite clubs. This site and another board have documented the recent addition of heavy drapes in the private dance area. I got a chance to check them out and quite frankly, I don't think I like them.

I should say outright that the privacy factor is the highest in Portland for a twenty dollar dance. There are a couple of clubs with private areas that offer dances at $25 and higher. So on the surface, this addition to RCS should be great. But there's two things I don't like about the change. First, it's quite a bit darker. I mentioned this to one of my favorite dancers and she took me into the first couch on the left, saying it was the brightest. Okay, this one is not real dark, but still quite a bit darker than before. Secondly, I always enjoyed those times where it was busy enough to have others getting PDs at the same time. Seeing others getting PDs make me want to get a PD from the other girl either more or less. In other words, I could actually learn something about a dancer's PD that I couldn't learn any other way except for paying to try one.

Now I'm sure that most guys will think that the extra privacy means you the dances will be more involved. But look at this club. It has the highest quality dancers in town. I really doubt that the extra privacy is going to change the already great (but still legal) dances. The only way things would get nastier would be to get a lower class of dancers and I really doubt that's going to happen. If you want that, go to Tommy's Too or Club Skinn. FYI, this club has attractive dancers. No overweight dancers. No over made-up blond bimbo types either. And virtually no silicone.
