This Houston institution isn't one of the best clubs out there in terms of location, size, and amenities, but definitely still has a lot to offer. As the old adage goes, looks can be deceiving: although it is a small club and looks like an old hole-in-the-wall type place, I believe guys keep coming back because there's always a very laid-back atmosphere whether you're stopping by for some drinks after work, bringing a date, or celebrating a bachelor party, and you don't have to have deep pockets to have an enjoyable night. There is a wide range of girls working there with respect to ethnicity and body shape (although all the times I've visited there was a lack of Asian/Pacific Islander girls) with a few total knockouts in the mix on the weekends. The girls are very friendly in that they actually take the time out to talk to you and get to know you a little, not just blurt out the usual "heyuwannagetadance" line. Not only are the girls friendly, but the waitresses, the bouncers, bartenders, and management as well. Drinks are moderately priced compared to the other clubs in the general vicinity. There is a VIP area with dance booths to the left side of the club when you walk in, and two champagne booths available if you and/or your party want to sit with a couple of girls, as well as a more private champagne room/area that is roped off on the opposite wall across from the entrance. There are 3 states, the main one to the left, the smaller back stage, and a tiny one near the roped off champagne area. They also continuously have weekend promotions on the weekends like Foxxy Boxing, jello/oil/pudding wrestling, banana eating contest, just to name a few. In addition, they regularly show UFC fights and other major sports games/events on their two projection screens. Overall, Babe's is a great place to stop by and have some fun!
