Everyone who works there is nice...

Everyone who works there is nice to you, but the overall atmosphere is standoffish and cold. Many of the girls are very nice, but try to get one to sit down with you for a while is almost impossible unless you want to shell out money for a "table dance" which isn't a dance at all; it's just talking with the girl while she sort of snuggles next to you like she's your girlfriend. There are two rates for this "privilege", one for ten minutes (I forget the cost) and one for a half-hour which is $120. Yet, I saw lots of girls sitting with patrons and yacking it up for a lot longer than a half-hour and they sure were not being paid for it. The girls will talk, they'll take their turn on the stages, milk the crowd for money, and then return to the table to keep jabbering with their no-paying male friends. Last night, I asked one of the girls, "Alicia", if she would table dance (talk) to me for a half hour and she said "Sure. I'm with another guy right now, but he'll be leaving in about 15 minutes." OK, I said, I'll wait. Fifteen minutes went buy... then 30... then 45... then an hour. I was tired of waiting by then so I started to settle up with the bartender. Seeing I was about to leave, "Alicia"' got up from her place with friend at e far end of the bar and came over to me and said, "Oh, I'm so sorry, I'll be with you just as soon as I do my set on the stages." I thought, OK. No problem. So I waited again. She did her dances, milked the crowd for dollar bills, and then returned to sit with her "friend". Again I waited. I could see her in the mirror behind the bar chatting it up with this guy who was clearly someone she has known for a while and who was not paying her to talk to him. Finally, I thought, to hell with this. I was too annoyed to choose another girl and start the waiting process all over again so I cashed out and left. If I owned and managed this club there would be a new rule established. Girls do not sit down with patrons unless patrons pay them for it. Sitting with your friends and yucking it up does not make the club any money. The waitresses and bartenders are to enforce the rule. If they see a girl sitting with a guy who has not paid for a "table dance" then she's suspended for the evening. Period. CCR needs to start treating all of its patrons equally and the dancers need to start being professionals and tell their friends to not to visit them at work. How difficult is that?
