This club is definitely not the old Rick's, but unless you were crazy who would have expected it to be?

Others have already mentioned much about this club. The interior is a major redesign of the old Rick's. There is an area for dances out on the floor ($20/each) a VIP room for 3/$100, or if you wait a bit, 4/$100. There are super expense champagne rooms. $600 for the "Vegas", room, somewhat less for the "Gentleman's" room, and the "play"/"player" room. Not sure who they think will be shelling out that kind of cash these days, so I imagine it will have to come down in price with time. (Downtown they might catch some whale out of town on business, out here maybe they are hoping the "Rick's" name will draw in whales of the past in search of nostalgia?)

Lighting is good here, the bathroom clean, and no dreaded attendant (yet). The decor is decent although not as nice as Little Darling downtown, or Dreamgirls by Safeco.
