Still no word on if this...

Still no word on if this club will ever open, the website is still up and does not seem to have been updated since late 2003. Last news I heard was that it was getting another vote about its booze permit, and whether it will be topless or bikini/pastie. Drove by last weekend while in Birmingham and it looks great from the outside.
