I get thru Austin every so often and a stop at Paradise Island is always on my agenda. They have remodeled the restroom and replaced the metal trough with a real urinal. Happy hour means $2.50 bottles of beer and discounted rail drinks until 6pm. Dancers at Paradise come & go but this time the racial mix was even usually it its heavy on the black side. To sum up the highlights from my recent visit in three words, Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate, Little Chocolate from Austin and Chocolate from Milwaukee they were fine as ever in both the private booth and at the stage. Both gave you a up close and personal view at the stage and they were not shy about the Paradise Island hand shake both at the bar and in the private dance ($20.00) area. Got a private dance from a blonde from Germany and it was not up to the Chocolate standard. All the dancers were not shy about asking for drinks. All in all I can’t wait until I’m back in southern Minnesota.
