This place is really sketchy. The people were very unfriendly. I was expecting a convivial atmosphere with young fun people. It was nothing like that. It was unclear what went on there. It was all very unclear. I felt uncomfortable and didn't like it. I left fairly quickly. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is not into really dark sketchy places. It is located in a somewhat run down part of philadelphia. It is a very discreet location The only passersby are automobiles. It is easily accessed from I-76 - which is how I found it. I just pulled off the interstate on a whim - but left confused and disappointed. But the place fits it's environment. The creepy vibe you get from the outside is similar on the inside as well.
