Stopped in Visions based on the recommendation of a dancer who used to work the NOLA clubs. She said it was local, “different” and it was the only club in NOLA that wasn’t a rip-off. Don’t know about the other clubs but she was right about the local and different part. As others have stated the neighborhood isn’t great but parking is safe. The U shaped bars and tip walk/dance (?) are pretty unique in good and bad ways. The good is that it is interesting, makes one part of the party and gives you an opportunity to see each and every girl close up. The bad is that it’s a little annoying to have to see each and every girl close up if you have no interest in the one in front of you, hard keep an eye on someone you are interested in and it takes a long time for a dancer to finish the dancing process from start to finish. Tipping each girl is merely part of the business model and didn’t bother me as much as waiting for a specific dancer. Twenty dollar lappers were liberally playful but Tampa doesn’t need to worry about the competition. Dancers were in the 5-7 range and very interactive, staff friendly, clientele laid back, and pricing reflected that it’s a local club opposed to a tourist trap. If you find yourself in NOLA, Visions is worth a go.
