Well, Papermoon is the only legit club in the Springfield/DC area that has lap dances that allow touching. Period. Besides this the closest one may be Showgirls in Greenbelt.

I am a regular there. So the girls who are not my type know enough not to bother me. The ones I have danced with before they check if I am interested that particular day. If I am not, then no pressure.

The private VIP seems a bit steep at $60, but considering it is for 2 songs it is not bad. For the convenience of the location I am all for it. There are also more expensive options - behind curtains for eg. $150 for 15 minutes. But I never tried them. There is also a champagne lounge - not like a Vegas champagne room, but sorta semi private.
