Sometimes the dancers are a bit too aggressive and get upset if you don't want a dance from them. Maybe if they had a personality instead of being money hungry they might get hired for a dance. Being a bit more friendly and understanding of patrons would help. The patron can send you back to the waiting line may help the ego dancers learn customer service. I friendly hello and short chat would be nice instead of approaching people like an extortion expert. I understand the dancers have to make money but a little personality will go a long way to fill their bank accounts.
