EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: 2.5 stars. Not recommended for upscale clubbers and/or out-of-towners. Most dancers were average or below-average in appearance, at best. Borderline-sketchy clientele. And the club's running on auto-pilot. I won't return. Instead, I'll check out Paper Moon.

THE UGLY DETAILS: I arrived in Richmond on business late on a Sunday night, with Monday being a holiday. According to TUSCL, this looked like the best venue … that was actually open on Sundays. I've sworn off the NoVa & DC clubs as the local laws make them unsatisfying and frustrating experiences (see my other reviews). The good news is that Richmond clubs (unlike those clubs) actually DO offer LDs. The bad news is that they are priced $25 in full lingerie - and a whopping $60 in pasties&thong.

I'm experienced enough to be more interested in the mileage/friction than the view, so after I unpacked my bags at the downtown Marriott, I loaded the club address into the GPS and drove over there hoping to score a few high quality $25 spins. I figured I would be lucky if the space was even open at all, given the 3-day holiday weekend. It was and I passed through the front door about midnight.
