Over the years New Mexico clubs...

Over the years New Mexico clubs have been a disappointment for me. Knockouts was no different. The club is a store front place downtown on Central and they don’t open until 2 PM. Parking is in a lot down the street or paid street parking for up to 2 hours in the day time. Large sign on the door says there is a discrete entrance in the back if you’re the type that needs to sneak around. Smallish club as described in previous reviews. No cover. Beer was $ 4 which was the highlight. About 10-12 patrons and 5 dancers. Dancers were second/third tier – certainly nothing to go out of your way to see. Five, ten and twenty dollar dances should be a bargain but a low price doesn’t equal value if the product isn’t what you want. Perhaps through no fault of their own, this was another case of N.M. clubs over promising and under delivering which has always been my experience in the state. With so many horny available women in ABQ I would recommend just going to a regular bar rather than wasting time in any of the SCs.
