I don't frequent Irving's too much...

I don't frequent Irving's too much anymore and after deciding to go about a week ago I was reminded why. This club is definitely hit or miss. They still haven't paved the "non VIP" parking lot and you still have to be weary of glass when you park. The bouncers are still not very friendly and they still try to drain as much $$$ from you as possible.

As soon as I entered I ran into the one dancer that I had actually come to see. After a little catching up she informed me that she was retiring from dancing and that Tuesday would be her last night. She didn't go into details but said something about the people in there getting on her nerves and that lately the customers were a younger crowd and were sometimes disrespectful. (She's nearly 30 herself). She's put on a bit of weight since I saw her last but still looked nice. After a few dances she talked me into doing a VIP. As always she was a trooper but VIP sessions at Irving's just aren't as enjoyable as they used to be years ago. I left immediately afterwards. They did have a nice selection of dancers there that night but since I got what I came for there was no point in staying any longer.
