I must have hit this place...

I must have hit this place on a slow night. Strange, considering it was a Friday night around 7. They had one whale on the far corner of the stage when I walked in, laying vertical and mindlessly stroking her belly. There were maybe three people at the bar ignoring her. That was it. I've been to this place before and it was a similar experience: a chick with a Frankenstein brow on stage and a couple of guys at the bar yawning into their beers. Other people seem to have better luck with this place, so I'm not going to condemn it. But at best, it really does seem to be hit-or-miss.
