They've been having trouble keeping a night shift lately. There's been lots of turnover so there are likely several new girls with one or two day girls forced to take a night shift to keep things decent. Not being much of a night customer there, I can't personally describe the changes, only what the day shift tells me.

Days still are pretty good. The girls work hard and aim to please. If you don't have a good time here, you're just too impatient or simply haven't got into the flow of the place.
