Got stuck on a business trip to Duluth the week after Christmas. Kind of strange, seemed like there was some kind of junior hockey tournament in town with lots of families at the hotels, and guess where the dads (and some moms) were.

The Saratoga does not qualify as a strip club. It's more like a fairly fancy bar (this IS Duluth, mind you) with dancers as an afterthought. None of the girls were Vegas showgirl caliber but, on the whole, attractive. The evening I was there the nudity was limited with some girls staying in bottoms, some flashing, one going complete and one that wouldn't take her top off. Dancing wasn't very spirited but not completely stiff.

OK, overall impressions--club layout and ambiance, 9. Dancer quality, 5. Dancer friendliness, ??(didn't have a single one come over). Lap dances, ??(see friendliness). Staff friendliness, 9 (waitress and barkeep). Drink prices, 9($2.00 drafts, $3.00 premium drafts, half price happy hour that I missed). As there's not much choice in this part of Minnesota/Wisconsin, there's no competition, but this is a decent place to stop if you're in the area. By the way, they do have live jazz on Saturdays which I'm told id pretty good. Don't know how live jazz and live strippers go together, could be interesting.
