Papagayos is a fervently Hispanic club, though the crowd seems accepting of anyone who is well-mannered, regardless of race. The club seems pretty shady from the outside...inside, it's just another bikini club. BYOB is the law of the land and one of the best things about Papagayos. The crowd can seem rather stoic at times, but the dancers are generally enthusiastic and a great value. Music is Top 40 dance stuff en espanol. Those with a reasonable Spanish fluency will get far more out of the Papagayos experience.
