@bmann77 I’ve heard great things about Detroit. My dad’s side of the family is from there so I’ve visited but haven’t visited the SCs there. I had a feeling Detroit would be mentioned, and from what I’ve heard, it’s definitely a top contender

@warrior15 - I definitely agree with you on quality that Southeast Florida is better than Vegas, but I wouldn’t be able to live there. Housing prices are through the roof there. Can’t tell if this is a bubble or if it’s just going to keep going up. My friend lives in Miami and just bought a small home for $800,000. He said international buyers from South America keep buying up investment properties in Miami. I would love to live there if the housing prices would just be a bit more affordable

Go on Zillow and you’ll see it for yourself. Vegas is cheaper as long as you don’t live in the richest areas which I never did. I was referring mostly to home prices, but I’m realizing that many of you only know Vegas from the overpriced tourist traps on the strip. Locals rarely go to the strip unless friends/family visit them. While the Vegas strip is super expensive, the suburbs are cheap or at least equivalent prices to any normal suburb. There’s also Chinatown which is super cheap. There’s a place called Sushi Kaya where you can have all you can eat sushi for just 22 dollars. And it was delicious. There are hidden gems in Vegas that mostly locals knew about. Trust me, Vegas isn’t as expensive as you think it is. You just went to the tourist traps most likely.

Sorry I wasn’t clear there. I gave the house manager the $50 for the two songs, and I’m assuming afterwards, she’s given a cut of the money. There isn’t a separate VIP fee. In total I spent $5 day cover, $2 for her on stage, $50 for the two songs in VIP, and then I tipped her after it was done.

I remember her saying $150, so I guess she was trying to overcharge me. Another review on here said it was $120 with some charging more and some charging less.
