I was Baker brother when younger, then Lebowski with my hair long....then lately, Rooster Cogburn when I let my graying beard get scraggly. Like most I don't see it, I'm not nearly as big as he is....but it's been commented on by many over the years.

I think at the time, they had just migrated from Florida and there were only about 12 of them nationwide. All in NASCAR country. I'm partial to Texas women anyways and they were stunning throughout the place. It was just on the border of being acceptable to take a normal girlfriend. The concept was genius. They served cold beer and passable food with big smiles and well accentuated.....hooters. Years later I was intrigued they had opened one here as they had spread across the country. The first time I went to the local one was my last. It was a watered down shell that could barely stand up to a Chili's. I'm sure the original owners made a boatload of money in expansion but they sold their soul. That original idea still has merit.
