If you suspect over-counting, then before you pay, exit the room with the dancer and consult with the bouncer/monitor stationed just outside the room entrance.

I think one can still get a $20 contact dance on slower nights, if a dancer senses that the alternative will be no dance at all.

I agree that 1:30 was operative during afternoon and Wednesday nights in the past, but it was 2:30 when I was there recently. Norm or exception, I don't know.

I think the return to regular booths and $10 dance days was postponed, the website notwithstanding...

Are any clubs/areas now recording customer names for the purpose of contact tracing?

The stage is longer, brighter and now flanked by a row of benches along the north wall, lit up by the stage lights and in full view of anyone watching the stage action. Meanwhile, the DJ booth is now in the northeast corner, leaving the north dance area, brighter and only slightly remodeled, in full view of the DJ. Therefore, most customers spend their time in the south section -- but that, too, is to be renovated soon.

1. I was told by staff that the construction is only for additional storage space.
2. I think I met the same blonde. She said her motive for working was to pay for braces. I think she'll reach her goal fairly quickly.
