Don't give in to the girls who do the tip walk without having been on stage, it only encourages their bullshit. Tell them you'll happily tip them after they finish their set. I've only ever had one girl be anything but pleasant when I said that and even then, who cares. Also you can easily get away tipping them 2 instead of 3.
