you always hear about the arrests! but the newspapers never follow up on the outcome after their day in court! right? that's because the cops evidence is usually probably just too weak and they are found "not guilty". Can't anybody see they use the arrest and public humiliation as the true punishment? For the cops that is enough. I wonder what the true conviction rate is?
